Heizomat provides a comprehensive range of wood chippers suitable for breaking down all wood waste, such as slats, beams, logs, blocks or branches and trunks with a diameter of up to 80 cm into consistently uniform chip sizes.

Feed & Expeller Control

Automatic load-dependent RPM control of the feed belt and roller speeds are infinitely adjustable by means of a distributor fitted in the hydraulic control unit. The upstream hydraulically driven table feed roller helps to draw longer logs into the feed. A steel conveyor belt and a pressure roller with welded tongs ensure powerful and reliable feeding of the chipping material. A large rotatable and height adjustable impeller blower with integrated flywheel ensures good ejection of the chips and a powerful and even throughput of the chip drum. The electric controls of the chipping machine have an operator-friendly, load-dependent feed control of the wood feed to ensure efficient production of high quality chip.

High Quality Chips

All Heizohack chippers are equipped with interchangeable sieves, available in different mesh sizes to produce high quality, uniform chips in the sizes you require. The feed speed can be infinitely adjusted for all machines by means of a distributor fitted in the hydraulic control unit which allows you to balance high-speed output with high quality chip. The Heizohack feed control HE002 controls the feed motion of the wood to be made into chips irrespective of the drive performance.

The size of the chipped wood can be influenced by the individually adjustable feed speed and by the easily exchangeable sieves which prevent the ejection of longer end pieces.

Easy Maintenance

All Heizohack counterknives can be used bilaterally or quadrilaterally depending on the model and can be re-sharpened in place. The standard adaptor fitting allows the quick-change blades to be replaced very quickly and easily.

All machines come equipped with two daily hours counters and an overall operating hours counter.

The hydraulic feed units supply is provided via it ́s the own on-board hydraulic system. An external oil supply is not necessary.

Safety

In order to ensure safe operations for manual feeding, these machines are equipped with a stable control lever above the feed table. Linked to a steel cable around the front edge of the feed table, the feed into the machine can be stopped quickly and safely.

The larger professional machines are equipped as standard with remote controlled functions, such as turret rotation, raising and lowering, infinitely variable feed control via servo-hydraulics, electronic rpm and machine controls. Optionally we deliver the T60 remote control for functions such as the rotation and raising and lowering of the ejection turret and raising and lowering of the feed flap for all crane-loaded wood chippers.

The feed speed is adjustable via a flow divider and the direction of the in-feed table is reversible through the feed safety lever.

An auto-reverse feature is included to minimize stress on the machine and to allow the drum to clear when necessary.

Mobility & Drive

Our chippers are designed for mobile and flexible operation. We offer a variety of manual and crane fed chippers in a variety of drives including PTO, Electrical and Diesel mounted engine. Models include stationary, chassis and lorry-mounted options. Something for every application.

All Heizohack wood chippers are equipped with a low drag drum chip rotor which ensures lower fuel consumption and flawless operation even during low drive performance.
