When you need to produce high volume of chips and have large trunks to chip, the HM 8-500K is the right chipper for you.

This model has an In-Feed of 31.5” x 28” and a maximum Trunk Diameter of 19.5″, allowing it to process big logs.

Like all Heizohack chippers, the feed system has a conveyor belt and a pressure roller to self feed anything you throw at it. This model also comes with a hydraulic roller at the tip of the in-feed table to help feed small logs.

As an option on all crane fed chippers, a second conveyor belt mounted on the in-feed table is available to help the operator feed the chipper with ease.

All crane fed chippers can be also equipped with a cone splitter to break down larger trees.

We offer custom designs for the truck mounted chipper. This allows you to pick the truck on which the chipper is mounted on.

We use a split gearbox on the driveline to power the chipper from the truck engine.
