Safety
Designed to keep your workers safe, all Hand Fed Models come with a steel cable surrounding the In-feed table which deactivates the in-feed roller of the chipper when pressure is applied.
Emergency Stop buttons are located on either side of the In-Feed as well for quick access.
Resetting and restarting is as simple as pulling out one of the buttons and activating the Roller Bar.
A safety device on the blade cover warns the operator if it is open while the drum is still turning. It also locks the drum in place while working on the blades.
