The Electric model of the 6-300 is ideal for processing of on-site waste wood materials.
Available in two options:
- 600V or 208V PTO model, allowing the operator to switch between PTO and Electric
- Dedicated 480V electric drive installed on a skid.

Controlling the speed of your in-feed table is as simple as adjusting a dial. This gives you even more control over your chip size and quality as well as volume output.
When pushing your tractor and chipper to its maximum capacity with large, hardwood material, the chipper’s auto reversing in-feed starts, stops and auto-reverses in reaction to the PTO speed. If your tractor is getting bogged down by the heavy load, the in-feed will stop, and if needed, reverse a bit to allow the PTO to get back up to speed before pulling the trees in again.
Smart technology that takes care of your equipment.
Working in conjunction with the conveyor table this hungry pressure roller is hydraulically driven.
As you drop the log/branch/wood pieces on to the conveyor table, the aggressive knobs start pulling it in. The pressure roller makes contact and rises with the size of the wood, keeping pressure on it and effectively pulling it in to the chipper.
There is no need for the operator to push the wood in. The chipper does the work. Once it takes hold you can walk away and the chipper does the rest.
With multiple screen sizes and custom options available, you can produce the perfect chip for your application:
* Biomass Boiler Fuel
* Animal Bedding
* Blueberry Farming
* Mulch
* Composting
Standard screen sizes:
* 50/50mm
* 35/40mm
* 25/25mm
Made of hardened steel, these blades are simple to sharpen and adjust and they last.
Unlike most chippers on the market, you do not need to use a special machine to sharpen the blades.
Using multiple small blades means no need to worry about balancing the weight on the drum. You sharpen them right on the drum in minutes.
When it does come to replacement time you will be surprised how inexpensive it is.
All Heizohack hand fed chipper are built with a wide in-feed allowing the operator to process trees with branches and multiple small trees.
Less limbing and clean up to do means a higher output with a larger screen surface.
One of the truly great features of Heizomat Chippers is the sheer ease of on site maintenance.
* Sharpen your blades with a flapper or grinding disc
* Reset them in 15 minutes or less
* Easy to access lubrication points
* Onboard Toolbox keeping everything at your fingertips
The hand fed chipper can be equipped with remote switches to control the turning of the chute and the flap position.
Lifting and lowering of the chute can be done via a hydraulic hand pump.
No need to connect to your tractor hydraulics, all Heizohack chippers are equipped with on board hydraulic reservoir, pump, filter and controls to operate the feed system.
All Heizohack chippers come equipped with an onboard toolbox filled with all the tools needed for the maintenance and blades replacement.
A drain line with a spill free connector is also supplied along with paint for touch up.
Designed to keep your workers safe, all Hand Fed Models come with a safety bar above the In-feed table and a steel cable surrounding the In-feed table which deactivates the feed system of the chipper when pressure is applied.
The feed system will stop and reverse if more pressure is applied to the cable or the operator moves the Safety bar at the reverse position.
Resetting and restarting is as simple as placing the Safety Bar in the run position, then pressing the start button, located on each side of the In-feed table.
In addition to the safety bar and cable, 2 emergency stop buttons are located on each side of the in-feed table, making the Heizohack chipper the safest chipper on the market.
Safety is a top priority.
The rotor lock device serves also as a warning device if the operator would try to open the blade cover while the rotor is still turning.
The device will catch the turning cog wheel, warning the operator to not further loosen the locking bolts.
