We offer custom designs for the truck mounted chipper. This allows you to pick the truck on which the chipper is mounted on.
We use a split gearbox on the driveline to power the chipper from the truck engine.
Crane-Fed 31″ In-Feed 130-190m3/hr
We offer custom designs for the truck mounted chipper. This allows you to pick the truck on which the chipper is mounted on.
We use a split gearbox on the driveline to power the chipper from the truck engine.
The operator can adjust the speed of the feed system with a dial on the remote control.
Depending on the chips size needed and the size of trees being fed, this is an important feature to deliver the right material.
Working in conjunction with the conveyor table this hungry pressure roller is able to pull and crush tops and branches easily.
The optional conveyor on the in-feed table and hydraulic roller at the tip of the in-feed table allows the operator to easily load the chipper and increase productivity.
Using the remote control, the pressure roller can be lifted to feed the chipper with a grapple full of tops and branches. The operator can push down on the pressure roller to crush the wood down to fit it in the in-feed.
Why make your engine do all the work?
A beast of a built in fly-wheel uses momentum to add strength and resilience and of course great fuel efficiency to your chipping process.
These chippers aren’t just green in colour they are clean and green by design.
With multiple screen sizes and custom options available, you can produce the perfect chip for your application:
* Biomass Boiler Fuel
* Animal Bedding

* Mulch
* Composting
Standard screen sizes:
* 60/80mm
* 50/50mm
* 35/40mm

Made of hardened steel, these blades are simple to sharpen and adjust and they last.
Unlike most chippers on the market, you do not need to use a special machine to sharpen the blades. You sharpen them right on the drum in minutes.
Using multiple small blades means no need to worry about balancing the weight on the drum.
When it does come to replacement time you will be surprised how inexpensive it is.
For an increased life-time of all grease-able parts and time saving for the operator all Heizohack crane-fed chippers can be equipped with an automatic central lubrication system that greases the chipper parts while in operation.
It can also lube the crane as well. Perfect for our larger chippers that are very tall and have many lubrication points.
One of the truly great features of Heizomat Chippers is the sheer ease of on site maintenance.
* Sharpen your knives with a flapper disc
* Reset them in 15 minutes or less
* Easy to access lubrication points
* Onboard Toolbox keeping everything at your fingertips
Our larger crane fed chippers offer an additional screen in the blade cover to increase productivity and make uniform wood chips.
When you need to throw chips high or low, the Heizohack chipper is ready for both.
With the telescopic chute extension you can load up to 5.7m/19′ high.
When adding the chip deflector, now you can kick the chips back up when they come out at the tip of the chute.
This is a very handy feature to load low ceiling trailers or storage buildings.
You want to load your chipper with an excavator of or a forwarder, but still need to control the chipper? No problem!
All crane-fed chippers can be equipped with an additional radio remote control allowing the operator to control all chipper features.
For increased productivity foot pedals controlling different parts of the feed system can be installed in the cab allowing operators to keep their hands on the joysticks at all times.
Wood chippers produce dust and sometimes it gets messy.
Our larger wood chippers can be equipped with a cyclone system to reduce the amount of dust coming out of the chute. Chips and dust fall down to the ground below the chute.
All Heizohack chippers come equipped with an onboard toolbox filled with all the tools needed for chipper maintenance and blade replacement.
A drain line with a spill free connector is also supplied along with paint for touch up.
Rather than getting a bigger chipper to process the odd large trunk, consider the cone splitter option.
This allows you to easily break down larger trunks into manageable sizes for your chipper.
When loading trailers at maximum capacity the operator needs to see where to point the chute of the chipper.
A camera installed on the chute allows operators to see where they need to send the chips to maximize trailer capacity.
This feature shows the operator whether the feed system is moving forward, reversing or is stopped.
2 emergency stop buttons are located on each side of the in-feed table, making the Heizohack chipper the safest chipper on the market.
Safety is a top priority.
This rotor lock device also serves as a warning to the operator if they try to open the blade cover while the rotor is still turning.
The device will catch the turning cog wheel, warning the operator to not further loosen the locking bolts.
When the trailer chassis axles are mounted below the chipper, access to the blades is no longer accessible at ground level.
In this case all our crane fed chippers are equipped with a work platform and guard rail to safely work on the blades at height.
