Fire Chamber Ash Removal<\/span><\/span><\/h2>

Managed by a Patented Ash Chain and paddle system, all fully burned fuel is gradually moved to the back of the chamber and then out and in to a waiting ash bin. By the time the ash reaches the bin, it is a cold and fine powder that can be used as a garden or field fertilizer.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

Heat Exchanger Cleaning<\/span><\/span><\/h2>

As the ash is removed from the fire chamber, the heat exchanger tubes are also cleaned. Augers and brushes in the Heat Exhange tubes, carefully clean the surface of the tube from any residue ensuring the boiler efficiency remains top notch.<\/p>\n
